According to the statistics, China's monthly crude steel output in April rose by 27 percent to 55.4 million tons year on year.

The output during Jan- Apr increased by 25.4 percent to 213.86 million tons in the first four months compared with the same period of last year.

Meanwhile, in April China’s newly-added supply of crude steel reached 82.593 million up by a 19.98 percent year on year. And total newly-added supply of crude steel in the first four month reached 206.45 million tons up by 22.28 percent.
Only 7.77 percent of total output was shipped to overseas market in April.
