Thu, 27 May 2010

US steel import in April continued to rise by 5.2 percent in May compared with March and hit 15 month high due to a surge in oil country tubular goods imports.

The imports of OCTG have an increase of 32 percent from March so the domestic makers are worrying as higher imports means the loss of domestic market share.
