Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel reported its May sales revenue was about NT$2.8 billion, its monthly increasing by 4.47 percent from last month and surging by 63 percent year-on-year.

Although rebar price was dropping along with scrap price, its profit in May was better than that in April thanks to increase in steel round bar sales.

Steel round bar prices increased conversely on strong demands.
